At Indigo Lune, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is protected for transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
